Ms. Constance Blair serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Technology Ventures, Inc., Evergreen Ventures, TVI Logistics & TVI Supply. She served as liaison, at the Pentagon, between Army and Air Force staff and DOD employees with the members of diplomatic staffs.

Under Ms. Blair’s leadership, TVI has earned a reputation for excellence and innovation and has received National recognition and has been featured in numerous publications. In fact, TVI was recognized as the #9 Veteran owned company in the US.

In 2004, TVI was selected by Inc. Magazine for its prestigious Inc. 500 Award as one of the top 500 fastest growing Small Businesses in the US; and in 2005, TVI was recognized by Diversity Business as one of the Top 500 Small Businesses in the US.

She served as a Chapter President of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) MCH, being the first woman to hold this position. In addition, Ms. Blair served as Treasurer and on the Executive Committee for over 10 years. She further held positions as the President of the International Furnishings and Design Association, a member of the Detroit Athletic Club, the Detroit Yacht Club, the Indian Village Tennis Club, the Air Force Association, the Association of the United States Army, the American Legion and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
